Long Beach State Men’s Golf Heads to the Thunderbird Collegiate

The Beach will take part in the two-day tournament on Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17
LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Long Beach State men's golf team will wrap up regular season action at the Thunderbird Collegiate, hosted by Arizona State, on Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17 at the Papago Golf Course in Phoenix, Ariz.
The 16-team tournament will begin Friday with 36 holes of golf, before concluding with the final round on Saturday.
In addition to the Beach and host Arizona State, other teams in the tournament include Arizona, Oregon State, Utah, Colorado State, Baylor, Iowa State, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, South Florida, Texas Tech, TCU, and UNLV.
Long Beach State is coming off of a sixth-place finish at El Macero Classic in which Hunter Epson and Clay Seeber each finished in the top 10.
The Beach will send Epson and Seeber, along with Tyler Schafer, Isaac Rodea, and Hunter Reed into competition this weekend. Fans can follow all the action via GolfStat.com.
