Jaide Stepter Earns Promotion To Director Of Operations

An elite athlete and currently a coach for Long Beach State Track and Field, Stepter has joined the program in a more permanent role.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – In an effort to keep the momentum going and push the program to new heights, it has been announced that Jaide Stepter will now serve as the Director of Operations for the Track and Field team at Long Beach State. 

As Director of Operations, Stepter will be in charge of all logistics for the program, including travel, equipment, and academic monitoring.

Stepter last worked with the team during the 2019 season, helping the men's program garner their 11th Big West Conference Championship title. Stepter has been a clear example of tremendous work ethic and hard work, being that she is a nine-time All-American athlete and former team captain at USC.

Her successes as a representative for Team USA has placed her in position to help be a leader for the program.
