Spencer Olivier Named to USA Volleyball Junior National Training Team

Long Beach State redshirt freshman is one of 17 players named to the 2018 Men’s Junior National Training Team
LONG BEACH – Long Beach State redshirt freshman outside hitter Spencer Olivier has been named to the 2018 USA Volleyball Men's Junior National Training Team.
Olivier, who redshirted last season at the Beach, is one of 17 players to make up the National Training Team. Twelve players will be selected from the 17 to compete at the NORCECA Men's U21 Continental Championship which runs from August 27 – September 2 in Havana, Cuba.
The Training Team will travel to Chicago on Wednesday, August 15 to practice at the Adversity Volleyball Club in Vernon Hills, Ill. The team will be named on August 24 and will then travel to Cuba on August 25.
