Tantalum Named Presenting Sponsor Of The Gold Rush

LONG BEACH - Long Beach State head women's golf coach Joey Cerulle has announced Tantalum of Long Beach has signed on to be the presenting sponsor of the 2017 Gold Rush golf tournament at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, Calif.
"We are so pleased to introduce Tantalum Restaurant as our title sponsor of the 2017 Gold Rush," said Cerulle. "They continue to support Long Beach State Athletics by enhancing our tournament into one of the best around. Tantalum is a hidden treasure in the City of Long Beach, much like our women's golf team. This year's Gold Rush presented by Tantalum will feature 14 teams from five different conferences. Boise State, BYU, Colorado State, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Idaho, Long Beach State, Montana, Nevada, Ole Miss, San Jose State, Santa Clara, UC Irvine and UC Riverside will all be competing in the sixth edition of the Gold Rush presented by Tantalum.
The two-day, 54-hole tournament begins on Monday (Feb. 27) with first and second round action, followed by the final 18 holes concluding on Tuesday (Feb. 28). Both days will begin with an 8 a.m. (PT) shotgun start.
