Olympic Medalists at O'Malleys on Wednesday

LONG BEACH--Olympic Gold Medalists and Long Beach State alums, Scott Touzinksy, David Lee and Tom Hoff will be on hand during the second stopover of the Basketball Coaches Road Show on Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at O’Malley’s on Main Street in Seal Beach.
The trio of 49ers won a gold medal at last month’s Beijing Olympics, in the first Olympics for Touzinsky and Lee and the third for the American’s captain, Hoff. All three will be available for autographs and photos.
The former greats were three of six former volleyball players representing Long Beach State at last month’s Olympics, which included two-time Gold Medalist and Dancing with the Stars contestant Misty May and Silver Medalists, Tayyiba Haneef and Danielle Scott.
The players will be joined by Men’s Basketball Coach Dan Monson and Women’s Coach Mary Hegarty, who are touring local establishments every Wednesday from September 10 through October 8 to promote their respective programs.
