49ers Tied For 15th Place After Two Rounds
Barrett Tied for 32nd Place

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- The 49er women's golf team is tied for 15th place after two rounds of the Ptarmigan Ram Fall Classic at the Ptarmigan Country Club. The 49ers shot a 310 in Monday's season-opening round, but followed that with a 318. California leads the race for the team title after shooting a 581. They hold an 11-stroke lead over second place Colorado (592).

Individually, 49er senior Katy Barrett is tied for 32nd place after shooting a seven-over 151 (72-79). Barrett was in third place after the first round as she shot an ever par 72. Freshman Reina Rogers is tied for 49th place with a 155 (74-81) and sophomore Brenda Chhuor is tied for 74th with a 160 (82-78). Overall, Campbell's Mary Mattson is in first place after shooting a two-under 142 (72-70).

The tournament concludes with 18 holes on Tuesday.
