At Las Vegas Showdown LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- The Long Beach State women's golf team finished in 18th place at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown. The 49ers shot a 311 in Wednesday's final round to finish with a three-day score of 943. The University of Denver won the overall title, which was held at the Angel Park Mountain Golf Course, with a 858. Arizona finished second at 869 and Kent State third at 874. Leading the way for the 49ers was freshman Lindsey McAtee. After shooting
a two-over 74 on Tuesday, she followed that with a one-over 73 and tied
for 51st place with a 228 (81-74-73). Freshman Reina Rogers tied for
75th place with a 236 (83-76-7) and Kylie Kimura tied for 80th place
with a 241 (78-83-80).
