Virginia Country Club, celebrating its 100th anniversary, will be the host site for the 14th Annual Del Walker Intercollegiate Golf Classic this Thursday and Friday.

The 18th Del Walker Intercollegiate Golf Classic will take place at Virginia Country Club in Long Beach.

Founded in 1909, Virginia Country Club in Long Beach is the home course for Long Beach State's golf program. Virginia Country Club is a 6,505-foot par 71 course that features classic architecture, mature trees and state-of-the-art greens in a modern, urban setting.

The Del Walker Intercollegiate Golf Classic has been routinely been held at Virginia Country Club, the premiere tournament for the LBSU men's golf program. Additionally, both teams are welcomed at the private course for play and practice during the playing season.
