Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in shot put when he posted the fourth-longest mark in school history, 60-4, to win the Trojan Invitational ... Improved upon his regional seed by 12 positions, finishing 26th with a toss of 58-7 1/4 ... Won four shot put competitions in 10 tries during the regular season (Beach Opener, Trojan Invitational, Texas Relays B section, and the Steve Scott Invitational) ... Finished fifth in the shot at the Big West Championships (58-9 1/2) ... Competed in two hammer throws, posting a career-best 164-0 at the Trojan Invitational to place eighth.
