Won the hammer (184-11) and was ninth in the shot (37-4) at the Big West Challenge ... Posted three consecutive second-place finishes in the hammer to begin the season (Beach Opener, Trojan Invitational and the Jim Bush Legends Invitational).
Indoor: Began indoor season with a runner-up showing in the weight throw (62-9 1/2) at the Air Force Invitational ... Was 10th in the weight throw at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational (60-8 1/2) ... Finished fifth (61-7 1/2) at the MPSF Championships.
