Earned All-America honors after finishing 19th at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... Named the 2012 Big West Men's Field Athlete of the Year after winning the javelin for the second year in a row at the Big West Championships ... Set the school and Big West record in the javelin when he posted a toss of 243-2 Big West Challenge ... Won four javelin competitions in eight starts.

Indoor: Did not compete. 

2011 (Junior)
Outdoor: Big West champion and NCAA West Preliminary qualifier in the javelin ... Won the individual title at the conference meet with a toss of 205-5 ... Registered a season-best 221-01 to finish ahead of the pack at the Steve Scott Invitational ... Tabbed the Big West Men's Field Athlete of the Week for that effort ... Took second at the Big West Challenge (194-04) and third at the Cal-Nevada Championships (200-11) and the Ben Brown Invitational (195-11).

Indoor: Did not compete. 

Prior to LBSU: Competed one year in track and field at El Camino College ... Finished second in the conference and fifth at the state championships in the javelin in 2010 ... Ranks fourth in school history with a toss of 185-01 ... Also played one year of baseball.

High School: Graduated from Redondo Union High School in 2007 ... Lettered two years in baseball.

Personal: Majoring in economics.
