Outdoor: All Big-West and regional qualifier ... Won the javelin throw at the conference championship with a distance of 160-6.

2006 (Freshman)
Outdoor: All-Big West and a regional qualifier in the javelin ... Finished second at the conference meet behind teammate Kim Heinz with a season-best 144-5 ... Went on to finish 17th at the NCAA Regionals with a throw of 139-11 ... Placed in the top-five in all five meets prior to the regionals.
Indoor: Did not compete.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and soccer at Milwaukie High School ... Three-time state qualifier in the javelin ... Three-Rivers League champion in 2005 ...
