Prior to LBSU: Spent the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons running track and cross country at Antelope Valley College ... two-time conference champion, once during the cross country season in 2006 and the spring semester prior in track... was just the third AVCC woman to go to state meet four consecutive times over two years.... also set the 800-meter record at school.

High School: Four-year letter winner in track, two years in cross country and one in soccer... named the rookie of the year in soccer in 2004.
