- Intake assessment
- Individual therapy
- You will be referred to a licensed clinical therapist or marriage and family therapist to assist with a variety of reasons. You will have unlimited sessions with this therapist and will be able to transfer if you don't feel a connection with that therapist. One key to success process in therapy is the therapist/ client relationship.
- Confidential (coaches, teammates etc. won't know you are meeting with a therapist!)
- Sport Psychology
- Sport Psychology is different than therapy, as these sessions are geared toward performance, confidence on the field/court/pool, or working on slumps. It will be completely tailored to your sport.
- Injury Group
- Coach consultations
- Eating Disorder Treatment team
- Referral, coordination and monitoring higher levels of care for serious mental health conditions
- Service on Athletic Department committees
- Assistance with emergency medical/housing funding
- CalFresh support

Confidentiality
The case manager refers student athletes to confidential resources. Any information shared between the student-athlete and the licensed therapist will remain confidential. Information will not be shared with coaches, teammates, admin etc. Information will only be shared with written consent provided by the student athlete.
