Women’s Golf Adds San Diego State Transfer In Kylie Phi

Phi has had two successful seasons with the Aztecs.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State Women's Golf Head Coach Alyssa Waite has announced the commitment of San Diego State transfer Kylie Phi, who will join the program immediately in advance of the 2026-27 season.

Phi has spent the last two seasons at San Diego State, recording four Top 10 finishes as a sophomore including a season-high tie for sixth place at the Golf Iconic Classic in Las Cruces, N.M. She lowered her season stroke average to 73.44 this past season and has earned multiple academic awards through her career, including CSC Academic All-District honors in 2026.

"We are excited to have Kylie coming into the program. She has had an impressive first two years of college golf and is only starting to peak in her game. She brings DI experience and knows how to compete at the highest level.
Phi joins a roster that features six returning players and two incoming freshmen for 2026-27.
