LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State's senior duo of Taylor Hagenah reached an elite milestone with flair over four matches at the Battle For LA, earning Big West Pair of the Week.
Playing two matches at No. 8 LMU, the senior pair started the weekend with two wins, leading the way in a 5-0 sweep of Concordia before picking up Long Beach State's win on the road against the Lions in a 4-1 defeat, defeating Tanon Rosenthal and Anna Pelloia of LMU in three sets 21-18, 13-21, 15-10.
The next day after falling at No. 2 UCLA, a straight-sets win over Emma Eden and Michaela Cyrani of Pepperdine pushed the duo into rarified ground in the collegiate game in the 100th win of their careers, having played together as a pair for their entire career at Long Beach State.

Long Beach State will play at home for the first time this season over the weekend, hosting four matches as part of a tournament at Long Beach City College beginning on Friday, March 6.
