Lee started the day in third place and finished the day in the same spot, shooting a 76 on the final day. Her previous best finish was a tie for 27th at Silicon Valley Showcase, but grabbed her first collegiate Top 5 finish on the podium among the 47 golfers in action at the tournament.
Jasmine Leovao had the best finish of the day for Long Beach State, a 71 behind two birdies in the final three holes that saw the junior climb up into fifth place, one stroke behind Lee at 3-over par for the tournament as Leovao finished in the Top 5 for the third straight season in the Big West Championship.
Madison Le shot an even par 72 as she finished in the Top 20 at the Big West Championship for the second year in a row, while Hannah Jugar closed out her Beach career with an 80 to round out the team scoring, as Janae Leoavo had the team's drop score and fell into a tie for 19th with Le at +9 for the tournament.
Cal State Fullerton claimed the team title behind a one-two finish from Kaityln Zermeno Smith and Davina Xanh. Both Erin Lee and Jasmine Leovao were named All-Tournament on the strength of their finish from Las Vegas.
Long Beach State's third place finish marked the sixth time in the last seven years that LBSU Women's Golf has finished third or better at the Big West Championship, but the Beach were unable to defend their title from last season or their two-year run as individual medalists at the championship.
