Beach Women’s Basketball Reveals 2024-25 Schedule

Long Beach State will host 15 home contests at the Walter Pyramid this season
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State announced the 2024-25 Women's Basketball schedule on Thursday morning. The slate features 15 homes games, with five non-conference contests, and 10 Big West games.
The season gets underway on Wednesday, Nov. 6 with an exhibition game against Cal State LA at 6 p.m., in the Walter Pyramid.
In her second year at the helm, Head Coach Amy Wright will have her squad open the season at home on Saturday, Nov. 9 against William & Mary. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
Following the season opening game, LBSU will hit the road for four-straight away contests at Pacific (Nov. 15), Sacramento State (Nov. 17), Toledo (Nov. 22), and Michigan (Nov. 24).
Long Beach State will return home from its longest road swing of the year and host Pepperdine and Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 1 and 5, respectively. The Beach will travel to Honolulu to face Big West foe Hawaii on Saturday, Dec. 7, before coming back to Southern California to host UCLA (Dec. 14), Elon (Dec. 19), and Bethesda (Dec. 30).
The new year will open at UC Riverside on Thursday, Jan. 2, followed by a pair of home games against Cal State Bakersfield (Jan. 4) and UC Davis (Jan. 11). A pair of road games at UC San Diego (Jan. 16) and Cal State Fullerton (Jan. 18) will follow before the Beach welcomes CSUN (Jan. 23) and Cal Poly (Jan. 25) to the Walter Pyramid.
After facing UC Irvine in the Bren Events Center on Thursday, Jan. 30, Long Beach State will play host to UC Santa Barbara on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m.
The month of February continues with a pair of road games at UC Davis and CSUN on Feb. 6 and 8, respectively. Hawaii and UC Riverside come to the Walter Pyramid on Feb. 13 and 20, respectively, before the Beach head to UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 22) and Cal State Bakersfield (Feb. 27).
Long Beach State closes the regular season with three games in March. The Beach and the Anteaters go head-to-head in Long Beach, Calif., on Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m., before LBSU hosts UC San Diego on Thursday, March 6 at 6 p.m. The regular season will wrap up with Long Beach playing up at Cal Poly on Saturday, March 8.
The Big West Championship will return to Henderson, Nev., as the Beach vie for a conference championship from March 12-15 at Lee's Family Forum.
