The Big West Board of Directors announced today the postponement of fall sports competition through the end of the calendar year

LONG BEACH, Calif. – "The current COVID-19 pandemic has required us to readjust to the world around us, and our priority remains the health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, and staff. Today, the Big West Conference has announced the decision to postpone competition for the fall sports season. Our campus administration and LBSU Athletics has been engaged throughout this process with input and consultation with our Big West Conference commissioner Dan Butterly. Words cannot express the heartache I feel for our student-athletes who have worked relentlessly to achieve their dreams. We will continue to support them through these challenging times and remain resolute and committed to preparing for when we can all safely return to the Beach."
