Long Beach, Calif. – After a standout junior season at Long Beach State left-handed pitcher Adam Seminaris has been named a Second Team All-American by Collegiate Baseball.
Seminaris led LBSU's pitching staff with a 1.23 ERA and 36 strikeouts in 22 innings pitched as the Dirtbags' regular Friday night starter. In each of his three starts Seminaris struck out 10 or more batters on his way to a .55 WHIP, tied for 7th best in the nation. The junior also only walked three batters during the shortened season.
The lefty struck out a career-high 14 batter against Xavier on March 6.
Seminaris is the first Dirtbag to be named an All-American since Clayton Andrews in 2018.
