DALLAS, Texas - The Long Beach State men's golf team recorded a 288 in Wednesday's second round of the Bob Sitton Invitational at TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas Golf Course to remain in first-place.

LBSU (+5) posted the lowest team score of the day to extend its lead by 13 shots over second-place Stephen F. Austin (+18) and 19 strokes over Central Arkansas (+24) in third.

Senior Daniel Chian is tied for second after shooting a 75 for a 36-hole score of 142. Chian is just one shot behind the Lumberjacks' Angelo Leyvani (-1).

Senior Kevin Lee carded another 72 to tie for sixth at two-over 144, while redshirt freshman Joe Fryer made a four-shot improvement for a 71 to tie for 11th at four-over 146.

Junior Agostino Milazzo shot a high round 81 to fall in the standings to tie for 41st at 10-over 152, while senior Michael Chen recorded a 13-stroke improvement firing an even 70 to tie for 46th at 11-over 153.

Final round concludes on Thursday with a 9 a.m. (CT)/7 a.m. (PT) shotgun start. The 49ers will be paired with the Lumberjacks and the Sugar Bears.
