Season tickets are now available for the upcoming 2009-10 Long Beach State men's and women's basketball seasons, including a limited number of 49er Basketball Family Plans.
Long Beach State is offering the popular 49er Basketball Family Plans for a second season in 2009-10. Fans who purchase the plan will receive four season tickets for every home game at the Walter Pyramid for one low price. Men's Basketball Family Plans cost $100 dollars for four tickets are good for end zone seating in the Walter Pyramid. Women's Basketball Plans are even more affordable, as four season tickets will run just $50 and are good for admission and bench seating to all 14 home games this season for the women's basketball team.

For those that want to choose their seats, season ticket plans are available for both men's and women's basketball for what should be an exciting season. The men's team has been tabbed by many publications to win the Big West crown and advance to the NCAA Tournament, and hosts UA-Anchorage for Homecoming on November 14 as well as Utah State and a packed Big West schedule. The women's team, led by first-year head coach Jody Wynn, opens play on November 13 and features nine seniors including three-time All-Big West selection Karina Figueroa.
If a full-season is too much of a commitment, single-game tickets for both men's and women's basketball will go on sale this Friday, October 16 for the entire season.
