
McAtee Tied For 45th Place At Las Vegas Invitational

BOULDER CITY, Nev. - The Long Beach State women's golf team finished in 17th place after one round of play at the UNLV Spring Rebel Invitational. The 49ers shot a 33-over par 321 at the Boulder Creek Golf Club. Host UNLV leads the field as the Rebels shot a 4-under 284, a one-shot lead over second place Washington State.
Lindsey McAtee leads The Beach as she shot a 4-over 76 in the first day of competition. Erin Clyke and Regina Rogers are both tied in 84th with a 9-over 81. Las Vegas native Katy Barrett is tied at 91st, followed by Kira Murashige in 96th. Kelly Nakashima of Idaho is on top of the leader board as she holds a one-shot lead with a 4-under 68.
Second round action continues on Tuesday.
