Women's Basketball To Hold Former Athletes Reunion

Long Beach, Calif. - As a part of the week-long homecoming activities, also known as 49er Days, the 49er Athletic Club is inviting all former 49er women's basketball athletes, coaches and staff back to the Walter Pyramid for a special reunion on Friday, November 21, 2008.
The reunion will coincide with the women's basketball game against San Jose State at 7 p.m. A formal reception is scheduled prior to the game, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Ukleja Family Hall of Honor for all former and current members of the Long Beach State women's basketball family. The Ukleja Room will also be open for hospitality during halftime.
Additionally, all honorees are welcomed to join in the festivities of homecoming on Saturday. The athletics tailgate pavilion will be free of charge on Saturday, November 22 for all pre-registered participants prior to the homecoming game between the Long Beach State men's basketball team and Weber State.
