SAMMAMISH, Wash. -- After one round of play, the 49er women's golf team is currently in 15th place at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational with a score of 328. Southern California leads the field of 16 teams with a eight-over 296, followed by Arizona State with a score of 301.

Individually, 49er senior Katy Barrett is tied for 41st place after shooting a eight-over 80 in the first round. Sophomore Brenda Chhuor is tied for 51st with a nine-over 81, freshman Kylie Kimura is tied at 56th with a 10-over 82 and Erin Cylke is tied for 72nd. Overall, Southern California's Belen Mozo is on top of the leader board after shooting a two-under 70 for the day.

The tournament continues on Tuesday and Wednesday with 18-holes each day.
