49ers Tied For Sixth In Reno
Drake Tied For 13th Place

RENO, Nev. -- The 49er men's golf team is tied for sixth place after two rounds of the Nevada Wolfpack Classic in Reno. The 49ers shot a 287 in Monday's opening round and followed that with a 294 for a score over five-over 581. Arizona is in first place after shooting an 11-under 565 (281-284) and Iowa State is in second place with a 569 (282-287).

Indivually, Michael Drake is tied for 13th place after shooting a one-under 143 (70-73). Karl Katnik (76-71) and Issei Suenaga (68-79) are tied for 36th place at 147. The overall individual leader is Iowa State's Joe Cermak who shot a five under 139 (68-71).

The tournament concludes on Tuesday with 18-holes.
