Carter Finishes 21st at NCAA Triple Jump SACRAMENTO, CA-- Long Beach State junior Ronald Carter finished in 21st place at his first NCAA Championship with a triple jump of 50'0". Carter achieved the mark with his first attempt as he also had successive jumps of 49'0.25" and 49'8.50". Carter was competing in his first-ever NCAA Championship after receiving an at-large berth into the championships following a sixth place finish at the West Regionals. Teammate Haben Hagos finished in 17th place yesterday in the high jump. |
