Banquet Set for March 28

49ers to Hold Banquet March 28 LONG BEACH, CA-- Long Beach State women's basketball will hold its annual awards banquet on Sunday, March 28 at The Reef on the Water in downtown Long Beach starting with a social hour at 2 p.m. The Beach finished off the 2003-04 season at 14-16 under first year Head Coach Mary Hegarty, winning two games in the Big West Tournament in early March. Costs are $35 for adults and $10 for children under 10. The team is also asking for athlete sponsors at $30 per player. Those interested are asked to contact Booster Club President Art Johnson at (562) 597-6198 no later than March 24. The Reef on the Water is located at 880 Harbor Scenic Drive. |
