Beach to Host Pole Vault Carnival November 28, 2001 The sophomore, Jerz, is the school-record holder at The Beach with a vault of 13'1.5'' and was one of only three freshman to qualify for last year's NCAA Championships in the Pole Vault. Diles, a freshman, is one of the top vaulters out of Washington. Balentine is the national high school record holder in the pole vault with a height of 13'8. All three will be trying to break Arizona vaulter, Amy Linne's Junior National Height of 13'9.75''. | ||||||||||||||||||
