Tiffany Edlin serves as the Sr. Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) at Long Beach State University.

Edlin's current responsibilities include serving as the sport administrator for softball, men’s and women’s cross country, as well as men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field. Additionally, she oversees the internal operations of the department, which encompass compliance, student-athlete development, and student-athlete health & wellness areas. Edlin collaborates closely with the Bickerstaff Academic Advising Center.

In addition to serving as a member of the Department of Athletics’ Senior Leadership Team with the Beach, Edlin also serves as the Senior Woman Administrator where she is a liaison between the University, the NCAA, and the Big West Conference. In this role she serves as the department’s contact for Title IX/Gender Equity issues and is the Title IX Deputy Coordinator (for athletics).

Edlin rose through the ranks from Assistant AD/Business Manager to Sr. Associate Athletic Director since she first joined the department in 2016.

Throughout her tenure at Long Beach, Edlin has been involved in various groups and committees. She currently serves on the Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT) and Campus Title IX Workgroup, Athletics Compliance oversight committee, and is the USOPC Liaison. She has supported University Strategic Planning – Beach 2023, COVID-19 Action planning team, Risk Management workgroups, and Day at the Beach Open House planning committee. Edlin also serves on the Big West Conference (BWC) Executive Council as SWA Chair and the BWC Finance Subcommittee.

Prior to joining Long Beach State, she held multiple roles at her alma mater, California State University, Dominguez Hills, including Fiscal Officer/HR Liaison for University Advancement from 2013-2016 and Athletics Business Manager from 2009-2013. Before her work at CSUDH, Edlin was a scholar-athlete for the Toros and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008.

Edlin resides in Lakewood with her husband Mark and their three children Jordan, Audrey, and Jayden.
