Bio
2006 (Junior): Played in 50 games on the season... tallied 60 total digs, 1.20 digs per game... recorded five kills, eight assists and seven service aces... had two kills against #1-ranked Nebraska... career-high 11 digs in five-game win over Saint Mary's... 10 digs in win over Middle Tennessee... three aces in win over Alabama State.
Prior to LBSU: Part of the undefeated season and state championship in 2003 at Golden West College… State Champions again in 2004… First-team all-conference and all-state tournament team selections in 2004.
High School: Four-year letter winner at Fountain Valley Highschool… two-time team captain, two-time All-League (second team), Best Offensive Player and MVP senior year (2003)… Played two years of club volleyball with Cal Juniors, two years at Golden West and one year at Mizuno Long Beach.
Personal: Born in Fountain Valley… Has seven brothers and sisters… Brother, Luke, played baseball at the University of Tennessee and is currently a pitcher for the Kansas City Royals… Other brother, Will, was a shortstop at Oregon State and finished playing minor league ball for the Cincinnati Reds Organization… Older sister, Liz, played 3 years of volleyball at San Jose State and transferred to Long Beach State to play her senior year... Majoring in Sociology.
