Jordyn Schilling will assist the Long Beach State Coaching Staff following her playing career where she was recognized as one of the top liberos in the country. As a senior, she played for SMU, leading the team with 368 digs while appearing in every match, helping the Mustangs reach the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.

She transferred to SMU from High Point, where she was the Big South Libero of the Year, and a First Team All-Conference selection in each of her two seasons there. She played with West Virginia as a freshman in 2022, and ultimately finished her career with over 1,500 digs.
