Cole Aubin joined the Long Beach State Men’s Basketball coaching staff in 2026 as the program’s Director of Basketball Operations. In that role, Aubin manages all logistics for the program while assisting in multiple other areas including video coordination, equipment, recruiting and managing the day-to-day operations of the program.
Prior to coming to Long Beach State, Aubin spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach Yuba College in Roseville, Calif. As an assistant, Aubin helped Yuba College post a 43-17 overall record over the past two seasons. A graduate of UNLV, Aubin worked for two seasons as a manager with the Men’s Basketball program before serving as a Graduate Assistant for two seasons.
Aubin has also served in roles with both USA Basketball and with the NBA Summer League with the Sacramento Kings.
