Adams was one of 10 players nationwide chosen for the NJCAA First Team.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Beach is excited to announce the commitment of First Team NJCAA All-American McCaden Adams, who joins the Beach following two outstanding seasons at Snow College.
McCaden Adams | Guard | 6-4, 185 | Pleasant Grove, Utah
Adams was the star of the Snow College program last season, leading the Badgers to a 29-5 overall record and two straight NJCAA National Tournament appearances in each of his two seasons in Utah. He was both the team's and conference's leading scorer at 18.4 points per game, shooting over 40% from three while averaging over three assists per game. He scored nearly 1,000 points over two seasons at Snow College, who were ranked No. 1 nationally in each of his two seasons there.
Acker on Adams:
"McCaden Adams comes to us as a JUCO All-American with Division I experience, bringing both individual excellence and a winning pedigree from his time at Snow College. His accolades speak to his impact on the floor, while his role in a highly successful program reflects his ability to contribute to winning at a high level. McCaden plays with confidence, competitiveness, and a strong understanding of the game, all of which align with what we value in our program. We're incredibly excited to welcome not only McCaden, but also his wife Sadie, into our family, and we look forward to the impact he'll make both on and off the court."
Adams played at Snow College with another newcomer to Long Beach State in point guard Blake Bahr, and is the third signee of the summer group alongside Division I transfer Kaleb Smith.
