Cox, a Torrance native, led the Beach with 14 goals and 30 points in 2026, both team highs and the most goals of her career. Only three players in program history have scored more goals in a season, each with 16, and with the 13 she scored in 2023, Cox now owns two of the five best single-season goal totals at Long Beach State. She also paced the team with 69 shots and 37 shots on goal, and her four game-winning goals led all Long Beach State players. This is her second first team selection, following the 2023 season in which she was named Big West Offensive Player of the Year. She finishes her career with 37 goals, 13 assists and 87 points in 67 matches, and her 37 goals make her the program's all-time leader in career goals.Â
