The pair who won back-to-back NCAA Championships at Long Beach State will both be making their second Olympic roster.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State Men's Volleyball legends TJ DeFalco and Kyle Ensing will be going to the 2024 Paris Olympics with USA Men's Volleyball, the second Olympics for both after competing in 2020.

USA Volleyball announced the rosters on Friday afternoon, as TJ DeFalco was one of 12 players selected for the primary roster. DeFalco previously qualified for the 2021 Toyko Olympics and has been a constant presence for the USA Men's National Team, including helping the USA win Gold in the 2023 Olympic Qualifier a Silver Medal in the 2023 Volleyball Nations League.

Kyle Ensing, who also competed at the Tokyo Olympics with Team USA, will be the team's official altenate athlete, a new position for 2024. The official alternate is a non-competing athlete who may serve as a last-minute replacement if a player is unable to compete due to injury or illness. In that event, the replaced athlete would not be allowed to compete for the remainder of the competition.

The pair won back-to-back NCAA Championships in 2018 and 2019 with Long Beach State, as DeFalco was a two-time National Player of the Year and both Ensing and DeFalco received First Team All-America honors in each campaign.

USA Men's Volleyball is currently ranked No. 2 in the world, and will begin their quest for Gold on July 27 in Paris.
