Beach Women’s Basketball Set to Host Pickleball in the Pyramid, Presented by Southland Credit Union in Partnership with Performance Pickleball, LLC

Pickleball in the Pyramid will take place on Sunday, October 29

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Long Beach State Women's Basketball team is hosting Pickleball in the Pyramid on Sunday, October 29, presented by Southland Credit Union in partnership with Performance Pickleball, LLC. All proceeds from the event will benefit Beach Basketball.
The event features a fixed doubles format of women's, mixed, and men's, as well as Beginner (2.0 – 3.0), Intermediate (3.5 – 4.0), and Advanced (4.5 – 5.0+).
Registration is open now until October 22, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. No refunds will be given. Registration is $50 for single event per person, $100 for second event per person, and $50 for individual registration. We can try to find individuals a partner, but there is no guarantee. Registration includes team round robin format – cumulative scores, SWAG bag, and a meet and greet with the Long Beach State Women's Basketball team. Each team will play each other once. Scores will be totaled and the top 3 teams with the most points scored will be awarded medals in each division.
To volunteer, please contact Diane Higgs via email: diane.higgs@csulb.edu. Volunteers who work a 3-hour shift will receive a T-shirt and a medal.
