Men’s Basketball Adds Non-Conference Contest Against California Baptist

The Beach and the Lancers will face off Saturday at 6 p.m. in Riverside.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Men's Basketball has added an additional contest, and will hit the road to play at California Baptist on Saturday, January 23 at 6 p.m. Live coverage of the game will be provided via the WAC Digital Network.
California Baptist and Long Beach State had previously been scheduled to play on December 19, but that game was called off following a two-week COVID-19 pause within the Long Beach State athletics program.
Long Beach State's most recent pause ended earlier this week as all Tier 1 individuals involved in positive tests last Friday were shown to have received false positives. All Tier 1 individuals have tested negative since that date.
