Three Women’s Golf Student-Athletes Named WGCA All-American Scholars

The coaches’ organization has high standards for the award, requiring a 3.50 GPA.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Seniors Holland Shourds and Euna Pak along with sophomore Hunter Pate were all recognized Monday as All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA), highlighting their successes in the classroom.
With one of the highest GPA requirements of postseason coaches association awards, WGCA All-American Scholars are required to have a minimum cumulative GPA of over 3.50. Pak and Shourds continued their outstanding work in this area while both graduating this May.
Sophomore Hunter Pate also continues to excel with a perfect 4.00 GPA during her time at the Beach.
