Eric Valenzuela Introductory Press Conference Set for Friday

Dirtbag Nation will get the chance to hear from new head coach Eric Valenzuela at his introductory press conference this Friday. The event will begin at 11 a.m. on Bohl Diamond at Blair Field, and all fans are encouraged to attend and hear about the next era of Dirtbags Baseball. Gates open at 10:30 a.m. and the event will also be streamed live online.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – This Friday at 11 a.m., new head baseball coach Eric Valenzuela will address Dirtbag Nation for the first time at his introductory press conference on Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. All fans are encouraged to attend the event, with gates opening at 10:30 a.m. For those unable to attend, the press conference will be streamed live online on the LBSUAthletics YouTube channel.

Valenzuela will lay out his vision for the future of Dirtbags Baseball as he speaks to the fans, alumni, donors, and community members in attendance on Friday. There will also be a reception following the press conference, located in the Dirtbags locker room. Light refreshments will be provided.

Fans in attendance will be able to renew their season tickets and Beach Athletic Fund contributions on-site. Season ticket deposits for the 2020 baseball season are currently being accepted online as well.
