Long Beach State To Open Big West Tournament Against Hawai’i

The postseason journey for the Beach begins on Thursday night at 8:30 p.m.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – The bracket is official and Long Beach State will face Hawai'i in the opening round of the Big West Tournament presented by Pacific Surfliner.
Long Beach State finishes the regular season as the five seed and will get a rematch against the fourth-seeded Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors, who won both regular season contests.
Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. as the final game of the quarterfinals, and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN3 with Sam Farber, Richie Scheuler and Megan Reza on the call.
Following the quarterfinal round, teams will be reseeded and the semifinals played Friday on ESPNU before the championship game at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.
