Long Beach State To Add Quidditch As 20th Sport

Long Beach, Calif. - Following the success of Harry Potter-themed nights at the Beach, Long Beach State has decided extend their commitment to the Boy Who Lived's favorite sport and add Quidditch to the schools competition lineup.
"We've seen the passion for sport continue to grow, and we want to be first in line to recruit the next great seeker," said Director of Athletics Andy Fee.
New protocols have been put in place to ensure safety as new players learn how to fly, and the LBSU Sports Medicine Department has enlisted former Hogwart's Nurse Madam Pomfrey to help with treatments for the sport.
