Women’s Soccer To Play Rematch With USC In NCAA Tournament

The Big West Champs, Long Beach State is making a seventh tournament appearance.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State's tournament journey will begin this Friday when the Beach heads up the 110 to face USC in a rematch from earlier this season. Kickoff for the first round game is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at McAlister Field in Los Angeles.

The Trojans and Beach met earlier this season in a 3-0 win for USC, but the last three meetings between the teams have been an even split, with the Beach winning 1-0 in Long Beach in 2016 after a scoreless draw in 2015 at USC.

More information regarding the tournament will be made available throughout the week as the Beach makes their seventh NCAA Tournament appearance, and third in the last four seasons.
