Long Beach State's Season Continues Tuesday In The NIT

Long Beach State NIT Game Notes 
Long Beach, Calif. - After coming up just short in the Big West Tournament, Long Beach State's season will still continue as the Beach was invited to play in the 2016 National Invitation Tournament.
Long Beach State earned a (6) seed as an at-large selection to the tournament, and will open up play in the first round on Tuesday night playing the (3) seeded Washington Huskies in Seattle.
The game will be televised live on ESPN2, with tipoff scheduled for 6 p.m.
You are invited to join your fellow Long Beach State fans to cheer on Beach Basketball vs. Washington in the NIT! We are offering two opportunities to experience the Beach in postseason play, in Seattle or in Long Beach.
