Long Beach State Adds Additional Television Game

Long Beach, Calif. - Fox Sports and the Big West Conference have announced the February 6 Wild Card choice, and Long Beach State's rematch with UC Irvine in the Bren Events Center has been selected for broadcast. Tip time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
With the selection, both games in the series will be shown on Fox Sports Prime Ticket, as the 49ers' 46-44 defeat was also shown on the network as both teams opened Big West play on January 9. The selection means that the 49ers will have had 20 games broadcast live, and will have a fifth Big West game guaranteed to be broadcast nationally.
That game will be the next nationally televised game for the 49ers. The team's home game against Cal State Fullerton on February 1, will be the 49ers' home debut on ESPN3, ESPN's streaming platform.
