Special tailgate parties announced for men's basketball

Long Beach, Calif. - With a 22-game home court winning streak and winning back-to-back Big West Conference championships, there is plenty to celebrate once men's basketball season begins on November 10.
In association with Naples Rib Company and Anheuser-Busch, fans will have the opportunity to tailgate prior to two of the season's biggest games.
On Saturday, November 10, the 49ers tip-off the regular season with the annual Homecoming festivities. Tailgating festivities begin at 11:30 a.m. in front of the Walter Pyramid. Game time against North Alabama is 3:05 p.m.
On Friday night, November 16, LBSU will welcome arguably its biggest opponent on campus to the Walter Pyramid, the North Carolina Tar Heels. Tailgating festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. with live entertainment. Game time is 8:05 p.m. and the contest will be nationally-televised on ESPNU. Other than purchasing a season ticket, buying a tailgate package is the only way to guarantee a game ticket for the home game against North Carolina.
Both games offer select packages that include all-you-can-eat food from Naples Rib Company, beverages and game tickets.

Saturday, November 10 - 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Game Time - 3:05 p.m.
