With Homecoming less than two weeks away, Long Beach State Athletics is calling on fans to help spread awareness about its Facebook page. The popular social media outlet features exclusive content of Your 49ers and gives instant updates, video content, photos, and is one of the best ways to stay connected and interact with athletics and other 49er fans.
We're asking you to bring Your 49er spirit and dedication to help us reach 4900 fans on the Long Beach State Athletics page by Homecoming, November 12, 2011.
This campaign will feature a series of contests for fans to get involved with showing their LBSU Athletics pride. Prizes will include autographed items from legendary 49ers and other exclusive items only available to our Facebook fans.
In order for you to become eligible to win one of the prizes, you will need to be a fan of our Facebook page and help us increase the 49er family by inviting your friends on Facebook.
How to invite your friends:
1. Go to http://www.facebook.com/LBSUathletics
2. If you haven't already, click the "LIKE" button at the top of the page
3. Share the Long Beach State Athletics page on your profile
Contest details, rules, and prizes will be shared through our Facebook page. The purpose of the Drive for 4900 is to increase exposure, develop, and strengthen the relationships and affinity between the athletic program, University, Long Beach area community, and beyond.
