DLBA Supports 49er Men's Volleyball

LONG BEACH, Calif. - The Downtown Long Beach Association (DLBA) has long been a supporter of Long Beach State Athletics, especially 49er men's volleyball. The group was honored prior to the 49er men's volleyball match against Penn State on March 15 in the Walter Pyramid. The DLBA has been very supportive of the 49er program and in assisting in the Active Ankle/Long Beach GuestHouse Classic each year. The DLBA helped secure hotel rooms and team meals for the visiting teams. 49er Head Coach Alan Knipe presented Jim Brophy (DLBA Chairman) and Kraig Kogian (DLBA CEO) special gifts prior to the match to thank them for their support.
