LONG BEACH-- In celebration of the 1998 College World Series team, Long Beach State Baseball will host the former players from that year on Sunday, April 13 prior to the team's 2:30 p.m. game against UC Irvine.
The Dirtbags have reached four College World Series and are celebrating the 10th anniversary of that team and the 15th anniversary of the 1993 team in 2008.
Long Beach State baseball will host a pre-game BBQ for the players and staff from that team and honor the team prior to first pitch.
