Kiefer ranked third in scoring with six goals and five assists, while the sure-footed, Strickland, had three goals and three assists.
Baca, who has started every game of her three-year career, moved to defender this past season, anchoring a defense which produced seven shutouts and the third-lowest goals against average (0.89) in school history.
The 49ers were named co-champions of the Big West Conference for the second-straight year, finishing at 13-7-0. The 13 wins was the second-most in school-history.
